1. How do I place an order on Taminzo?

Placing an order is easy:

Browse products and select your desired size and color
Click “Add to Cart”
Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details
Choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card or Cash on Delivery)
Place your order and wait for confirmation via email or SMS

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support:

Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available across Pakistan

3. Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions.
Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned within 7 days of delivery

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color:

Please return the original item
Once approved, place a new order for the item you want

5. When will I receive my order?

Delivery time varies based on your location and the seller. On average:

Major cities: 3–5 working days
Other areas: 5–7 working days

You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can also log in to your Taminzo account and view tracking under "My Orders."

7. How do I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation before the order is shipped.

If the order is already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery.

8. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

We're sorry! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@taminzo.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description.

We'll resolve it promptly.

9. Do you ship internationally?

We currently support shipping within Pakistan only. International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned!

10. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.
