3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on Taminzo are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Any custom duties on international orders will be paid by the customer
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • We currently accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary based on the vendor, item availability, and location.
  • Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
  • Any custom duties on international orders will be paid by the customer

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges are outlined in the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Key highlights:

  • No direct exchanges are supported. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
  • Returns are accepted for eligible items in original condition, initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.

6. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However:

  • We do not guarantee that all information (including colors, fabrics, and sizing) is 100% accurate, complete, or current.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders or update prices without prior notice.

  • Discrepancies between listed product details and actual items

However, we will support customers in resolving vendor-related issues wherever possible.

Taminzo will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses due to order delays, site downtime, or unauthorized access
  • Errors or inaccuracies in product listings or pricing
